Modest rises for most the early openers: Kiwis -0.2%, Aussies +0.1%, Sth Korea +0.4%, Japan closed.

Aussie sectors evenly divided: REITS +0.6% down to Consumer Discretionary/Consumer Staples/Gold, all -0.4%.

All Ords dwindled away over the day to finish +0.1%.  Telecomms +0.6%, REITS +0.5% down to Miners and Gold, both -0.4%.

Over in Asia, China +0.5%, Hong Kong +0.2%, India currently +0.5%.

this wireless craze is unsustainable. it's all going to fail. there are immense liabilities here.
