It really is all about inflation/deflation. With all the bailout monies running into the trillions and trillions of dollars the net affect is treading water waiting like a bug to hit a windshield on the freeway. Placing money on hyper-inflation is a good bet because a liquidation phase would be unbearable. They will bail out banks and anything to 'big to fail' even grant immunity to a Treasury Secretary but scream "over budget" when extending unemployment benefits. And this to people who were actually working and had a job at one time. Crazy, unless you are using it as a negotiating tool, people's hunger pitted against political wants. Typical. Had been selling any spikes to raise cash and did light buying of my favorites recently. The rest of the cash waits for more lows. I only trade 20% of my stocks/miners. When Alf says pick a multiple as spot could run into the tens of thousands of dollars it is because compounding debt can run to infinity. I don't see any possible fix yet worth mentioning.
