You agree not to post any illegal or unethical stock promotion schemes. You agree not to use any IP cloaking devices or services when you post to the board. You agree to registering and posting under only one valid user ID. You agree not to impersonate other members of the community.

You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this bulletin board. In the absence of express written permission from any third party publisher as provided to us, you agree to limit the reposting of any third party material to a short snippet, and to include full attribution, including a link to the source.

Any registered user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by the board's reporting function. Non registered readers may contact us via the Contact form listed in the sidebar menus. We will make every effort to do remove objectionable material within a reasonable time frame if we determine that removal is necessary. Users who repeatedly violate the terms of use will be prohibited from posting, and in some cases, from viewing the message board.
