  6. I think the world is getting more insane. This really scares me. such a speculation, "respect the pump" etc, is all scary.
  7. I've listen to 30 first minutes of the hearing and it was actually in favour of FCC. Its all about this hogwash https://bioinitiative.org/ , Ramazzini Study on Radiofrequency Cell Phone Radiation etc its all been presented and killed before. BTW, there isnt such a diseases as electrohypersensitive. Its people imagination https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electromagnetic_hypersensitivity More over EMF which comes from SUN and many other sources are murch stronger them EMF generated by mobile. Its like taking those OTC (over the counter) pills for let say broken lashes or any other bullshit that is advertised in TV.
  8. Hey this is bullshit. no cancer from mobile or wifi. this is all, fake news, distributed or powered by russia in order to decrease the tempo of our productivity and speed of life. Russia ia around 5 to 10 years late in terms of 5G and thats why you have so many fake news on 5g and cancer made by EMF. go to emfexplained.info or many other webpages, also supported by WHO ICNIRP etc.
  9. overall market valuations are below the historical average when Treasury yields, corporate credit and cash are taken into account. That’s a view echoed by Citigroup. The global strategy team led by Robert Buckland weighed global equity prices on both a relative and historic basis and concluded even expensive U.S. shares could have much more room to run. “We would never advise anybody to chase a bubble,” they wrote on Friday. “It could burst at any time. But if CAPEs were to hit previous highs then the U.S. indices could go up another 50-100%. And that’s just looking at absolute valuations. If we measure against bond yields then even the Nasdaq looks cheap.” https://ca.finance.yahoo.com/news/bubble-fears-everywhere-investors-keep-131515970.html
  10. i think the world went insane and we are close to some kind of important point in 2021.
  11. - Individual investors are trading penny Stocks aggressively, especially the lowest-priced - Five penny Stocks were nearly a fifth of Monday's total volume - Broker/App trading Volume now higher than Exchanges https://t.co/GEXwS9zAvj
  12. Higher yields + 2k stimulus + Biden gives more mojo to the dollar hence a sell-off in EURUSD. I see a lot of articles about upcoming inflation and pent-up consumer demand in 2021, and more in 2022. This could kill nasdaq BTW.
  13. good read two Worlds: So Much Prosperity, So Much Skepticism https://www.collaborativefund.com/blog/two-worlds/
  14. In terms of price, its all about 1. local salaries 2. USD Strenght In terms of USD, USDPLN is still pretty high (3.65) having in mind that before GFC it touched 2.0 so for a person with USD - yeap, its cheap now. more over Polish gov wants to implement more export driven policy which means weaker PLN vs USD or EUR. Even just new year and Xmax there were 3 CB interventions (by NBP, polish central bank) so they could send more money to gov. coffers. so they push Usdpln higher by selling PLN. In terms of salaries, those are 50% lower than in advanced economies and the biggest difference is betaeen us and Ireland. Thats also a good example since Irish minimum wage is the biggest in EU and equals 1900 something EUR (so around 15 USD per hour which Biden wants in US, so the same as in Dublin) polish minimum wage is around 620 EUR (750 USD). avg pay in Warsaw is of course higher (capital of Poland) and equals 900 EUR. in terms of rent 1 room 2000 PLN 2 rooms around 2500 PLN 3 rooms closer to 3200 PLN please take a loot at the description since you CANT compare prices of rents in Poland. there is no standard. So some ads have official administrative rent included in the offering, but some people put info in ads, that you need to pay for adm. rent (it depends on apartment size starting at 400 PLN till 1000 PLN for big apartments with 4 rooms) So do check whether the official community rent ia added. In terms of rents, well, due to covid there was a 24% drop (!) in rents in Warsaw so ita a good time for you come. let me know when you would be in Poland, I could help you like with mobile phone ("njumobile" is the cheapest and "Premium mobile") which you could buy in groceries stores, peteol station or via internet (DHL, UPS will come to your home to check your ID). Best!
